Regular Mode Admissions

JMI’s regular admissions through admission.jmi.ac.in typically open between February and March 2026, with application deadlines varying by program up to May. Candidates must register online, upload required documents such as 10+2 or graduation marksheets, and pay an application fee ranging from ₹550 to ₹1,500.

Entrance Exam Details

Applications are submitted via jmicoe.in with a fee of ₹500 (or ₹1,500 for B.Ed and MBA). Most programs follow merit-based admission, while B.Ed and MBA require entrance tests.

CDOE offers programs including BA, BCom, BBA, MA (English, Urdu, Hindi, Sociology, History, Political Science, Public Administration, and Education), MCom, and various diploma courses.

Eligibility Criteria and Relaxations

Undergraduate programs generally require 45–50% marks in 10+2, while postgraduate programs require 50% in a relevant bachelor’s degree. Relaxations of 5–10% apply for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per norms.

Ph.D admissions typically require a master’s degree, with preference given to candidates holding NET/UGC-JRF. Distance education eligibility broadly mirrors regular programs, with added flexibility and usually no upper age limit. Reservation policies, including the 30% Muslim quota, apply as per the official prospectus.
