SDIMT established its dedicated campus in 2009 to run professional programmes. It launched its two-year full-time MBA with approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, and affiliation to Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun.

From the 2010–11 academic session, the institute expanded its academic offerings by introducing undergraduate programs in BBA and BCA, strengthening its position as a multi-program management and technology institute.
